2. Services Provided

zCards allows users to create, store, and share digital business cards.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate details and keep login credentials secure.
• Users must be at least **13 years old** to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription, processed via Apple or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions are **auto-renewed every month** until the user opts out from their device settings.
• Subscriptions are **non-refundable**. Users are responsible for canceling their subscriptions on their own through the Apple App Store.
• Some **advanced business tools** may require **separate purchases**.

5. Account Deletion

• Users may delete their accounts from the **zCards app settings**.
• Upon deletion, user data will be instantly removed, and **all other related content deletion will be finalized within 30 days**.
• Certain logs or transaction records may be **retained for legal or security purposes**.
• Once deleted, accounts **cannot be restored**.

Your use of zCards is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms.
